This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers within Nigeria can return faulty or damaged phones within 7 days (T&C applies). Please report to us by clicking here for product return request
Customers outside Nigeria can return within 15 days starting from the day of receipt for an exchange.
Phones45 e-commerce (By Ekoshopping Global) is responsible to refund a customer based on the following occurrences only:
- Damaged phone on delivery (Customer may as well request exchange of product)
- Product different from description
- Long time delivery (When it exceeds our regular delivery schedule)
- Change of mind (Can only be approved within 24hrs after placing order)
Please note that Refunds are paid to customer's bank account within 3 business days after request.
